We're going to Disney World!

I love Walt Disney World.  And I'm not sure which is better, actually being there or planning the trip.  Two years ago we took our first trip with my new gluten free diet and it was the best vacation I had taken in years.  Walt Disney World prides itself on catering to all needs, particularly Special Dietary Requests.  Regardless of what allergies or special diet requests you may have, WDW is certain to take care of you.

Right now I am 3 days away from the big "ADR" Day.  At 180 days before check-in day, guests of the WDW Resorts can begin making their Advanced Dining Reservation.  After several weeks of pouring over park hours, crowd calendars:   this one and another one just in case , and taking in to consideration the dining needs of the rest of my family (princess meals for the almost 7 year old, Mickey and friends for the 4 year old, and a special birthday dinner for the big guy), I have come up with a plan.  I will update when it is all confirmed...don't want to jinx myself.

While making my ADR's, I will be able to note a gluten allergy to all of the reservations.  About a month before our trip I will email Special Dietary Requests to confirm they have me noted with a gluten allergy.

I will follow up after making the reservations on Saturday...send me some pixie dust!
